Position Title: Psycho-Social Rehab Specialist, Clubhouse Model Generalist

Location: 6304 Highland Drive, Park City, UT 84068

Schedule: M-F 9:00am-4:30pm. Some evenings, weekends and holidays. Part time positions available.

Summit County Clubhouse is seeking a full-time generalist to work in a team setting to engage members (our clients) as they build relationships, confidence and skills through the Clubhouse program. As a Generalist, you will help to create a community where members are seen for their talents and abilities rather than for their clinical diagnoses. In our community, there is not a hierarchy of staff and members - rather we all work side by side with a collegial relationship based on mutual respect.
As a Clubhouse Generalist, you will work with members to plan and execute the work of the Clubhouse through Business, Communications, Culinary and Facilities Units. You will assist members with their individual goals and provide direct support for employment, education and housing. You will form relationships with community partners and organizations for referrals, advocacy, and outreach purposes.

Clubhouse generalists are not wearing a hero cape, rather; their responsibility is to work side-by-side with members as they become heroes in their own story of recovery. Clubhouse generalists are able to develop authentic relationships with members and experience this exciting new and nonclinical approach to social work used by over 370 Clubhouses around the world.

Preferred Qualifications
​​
Bachelor's or Associate degree, preferably in a social service-related field
Experience working or volunteering in mental health or social services.
Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred

Required Qualifications
​​
-Able to pass a background check.
-Able to lift at least 25 pounds and be able to spend ample time on your feet.
-Able to pass certification for CPR and First Aid.

Responsibilities
​​
-Performing day-to-day operations side-by-side with members.
-Be the most authentic version of yourself to build meaningful relationships.
-Effectively communicate with members and staff to keep the flow of the "Work-Ordered-Day" moving.
-Able to facilitate multiple individuals at the same time to ensure that members of the Clubhouse are engaged in meaningful work.
-Planning and coordinating work tasks with small and large groups.
-Case management and goal development.
-Housing, education, and employment assistance including job-coaching and coordination with off-site partner employers.
-Documentation, case notes and data collection.
-Advocacy and outreach to community members.
-Collaboration with outside partners and agencies.
-Related duties as assigned by a supervisor.
