Step 1: Experience the community firsthand by taking a tour, enjoying a free lunch, and exploring work opportunities. A tour will help you decide if Clubhouse is a good fit for you. Sign up for your tour below.
Step 2: Fill out a release of information form allowing a referral and records to be sent to Clubhouse from a therapist or healthcare provider. If you do not yet have a provider, we can connect you with one, regardless of insurance or ability to pay.
Step 3: New members are invited to attend a one-hour orientation to meet the staff, connect with member mentors, and sign paperwork.
Step 4: New members set their own goals, create a customized Clubhouse experience, and identify work preferences.
