Phyllis Sharples
Culinary Unit Director

Jen O’Brien joined the Summit County Clubhouse in August of 2023. Her background includes 20+ years of nonprofit experience including project management, budgeting and fiscal oversight, event planning, donor stewardship, board and committee management and community relations.
Jen’s involvement in the Summit County Clubhouse stems from her belief in the links between productive work, meaningful relationships, and mental health. Her priority and passion is to ensure those living with mental illness have the opportunities and support they need to become confident, productive and active members of our community.
Jen is a native of Boston, MA and has lived in Park City with her husband and children since 2019. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoyed traveling and working in 10 different Spanish speaking countries during her early career in international development. Jen received her Masters Degree from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and her BA from Colorado College.

Whitney Weiss, LCSW, joined Summit County Clubhouse in August 2023, wholeheartedly stepping into her role as Program Director. Her arrival at the Clubhouse marks the beginning of an exciting chapter in her career, complementing her extensive background of diverse experiences and remarkable achievements.
With a background that includes ownership of a small private practice and expertise in business administration, Whitney takes pride in her ability to foster a supportive and inclusive environment, ensuring that both clients and members receive the care they deserve.
Whitney's journey in healthcare and mental health began with pivotal roles in supporting individuals grappling with substance misuse challenges. Her instrumental contribution in establishing a thriving medical and psychiatric practice, serving a large patient population, showcased her exceptional dedication and adaptability, creating a warm, inviting, and organized space for individuals seeking care for various physical, emotional, and psychiatric needs.
Furthermore, Whitney brings with her a wealth of experience in education and community engagement, including her significant involvement in developing a successful non-profit museum concept. Her remarkable skills and steadfast dedication to cultivating positive environments and relationships unmistakably demonstrate her as a dedicated professional in her capacity as a Social Worker.
Whitney relishes the unhurried lifestyle of Oakley, where she lives with her husband and two beloved dogs. The light of her life, however, remains her three adult children. When she's not tending to her yard, you'll likely spot her immersed in the joy of dancing to live music and relishing the camaraderie at music festivals.
